The event is open to SoapBox Members, their partners and anyone interested in networking and finding out more about SoapBox.

Inspirational Speaker: Kate Billing
Co-founder of Conscious Capitalism NZ and Principal Consultant at Blacksmith.
Kate’s career path has been a twisty turny one that has seen her develop a unique mix of experience and capability in the areas of leadership, culture, brand and business performance.
In 2007, Kate left the corporate world to build Blacksmith, a purpose-led firm of ‘edge thinking’ leadership and culture consultants committed to making our world a better workplace.
In June 2014 Kate Co-founded the Conscious Capitalism Chapter in New Zealand and works alongside a small team of committed people to share Conscious Capitalisms thinking and framework with New Zealand business leaders.
Every individual and business has significant opportunity to ‘use their power for good’ and make a positive difference to the world, just by doing what they do in a more conscious and deliberate way. You CAN make a dollar AND a difference!
Kate has experience working with CEOs, business owners, senior leadership and people leaders across many organisations. Her clients include some of New Zealands biggest brands and most innovative companies.

Inspirational Speaker: Mark Sutherland
Owner and Mentor/Coach of Motivation Triggers.
Mark is a returning speaker to Inspire The Fire and will be talking about “How to tap into your motivation triggers, boost your confidence and be successful.”
Mark has spent 21 years coaching executives, managers, SMEs, the self-employed and business owners. 29 years spent coaching elite athletes including Olympic and World Champions.
Mark Sutherland has coached at two summer Olympic Games and one winter Olympics. He was coach to Ian Ferguson and Paul MacDonald for eight years and in that time they won Three Olympic medals and four world championship medals. Mark is the only New Zealander to have coached at the summer and Winter Olympic Games.
Mark started his own business in 1989 and in 1994 made the transition from sport to business performance coaching. He specialises in motivation and confidence coaching and has coached many people in a variety of industries and businesses in New Zealand and Australia. He has recently broken into the American market and is developing that.
Mark’s business Motivational Triggers is now focused on helping entrepreneurs, SMEs executives and business owners via is ‘Business Confidence Program’.
“Too many business people are stuck and paralysed mentally. They don’t know how to value themselves up. They procrastinate at making decisions and taking action because of a fear of failure, And they don’t get the return on Investment they deserve.”
After a serious review of his business in 2014 he discovered that 75% of his clients were business women. His program while targeted at women is also a must do program for business men.
